Episode 7: Walk on the Wild Side and Recovery with Robin Harford
Robin Harford is a plant based forager, ethnobotanical researcher and wild food educator.
As a child Robin sought sanctuary in the woods and moorlands of Devon and later in alcohol and drugs. But, the wild plants of yore were never far from his mind.
So, when life as he knew it fell apart he settled to study the plants of his youth and included many from all over the world. In forests, jungles and cities, he learnt to pause, sense and nibble.
Find out how Robin’s recovery practice helps him get into “the subtle nuances of flavour which lead into the subtle nuances of place”, enabling him to find his feet.
